Balsa wood perches?
Are balsa wood perches safe for my two budgies?
They are homemade with bird-safe glue. What wood is best for perches?

What is bird safe glue that you are using?
As for the balsa your budgies may chew the perches apart as mine love to chew on toys that have balsa - they reduce all balsa to tiny little toothpicks

It's the glue that comes in the pet-home kits you can buy at Petco.
It's non-toxic and organic-based.

As of now, they've loved (and splintered) the perches. Any stronger wood suggestions?
