Talking The bird's got a new crib!!

Here is the tiels new cage! I got it for a great price and after spending a few hours putting it together last night I finally got it finished today. They seem to be loving it. Zeke and Sophie actually sat on top of it and watched me put the perches in like they couldn't wait to get in. The cage measures 32x32 and is about 5 feet tall. This is the first time everyone has been in the same cage together and so far it is going well Sorry for the pic quality...cell phonebut if you look close you can actually see them in it lol.

Thanks! I had to take the babies to the vet so I was worried about leaving them alone but my cousin was here and said they were fine. They really seem to be enjoying it and have settled in great. The cage is actually a ferret cage but it works! They can even fly from one side to the other so maybe Zeke will stop being such a little tubbie, lol.

Thanks. I figured they are powder coated and ferrets chew also so why wouldn't it work. Then I asked on here a while ago if a different one I had found would be ok and everyone seemed to think it would. The main problem is bar spacing but the spacing on this cage is only 3/4 inch even though it looks bigger. Plus, they are a lot bigger than a bird cage and a LOT cheaper!
The only downside to this one is that it doesn't have a pull out tray for cleaning although a lot of ferret cages do.

That's not much of a downside compared to all the up's.
Thanks! You've given me a new idea for my birds. They've been needing a new cage.
