Congratulations on your "Casper". I have owned two sulfer crested cockatoos (about 20 years ago and don't have them anymore). The cockatoos are just so beautiful - i am biased also as I am an Aussie. I did find for town living they are too noisy, and they just love to be loved, which can be annoying at times, but apart from that they are beautiful. I still have a galah (rose breasted cockatoo) and she is lovely. She does not talk much, only says hello, screams when she does not like something, (like the dogs being inside ha ha), but she has a lovely personality. She hates my eclectus, but does not try to bite her, just gets away from her and screams.
