Sneezing

Gypsy has been sneezing a bit and I was thinking it was due to the central heat. However, this morning I noticed one nare was damp after she sneezed. Its not a mucus but clear. She eats like a little horse seems fine. Should I take her to the vet this morning or just watch her? Thank you.
