My Charlie was an individual not from a breeder rescue. My suggestion is DO NOT buy a bird until you have spoken extensively with the seller ON THE PHONE. You can really pick a scammer better if you can actually talk to them. If they refuse then SO should you. If someone cares where they are shipping they will talk to you. I used Continental as there are no temp resrictions. They were good and all the info for that is on the website at continental.com If you have anymore questions they are happy to answer them in person over the phone. I advise a good per carrier with a perch installled low to the floor and two cups. They will add water as needed. They will also install cable ties to the door and between the two carrier halves to assure no separation and escape. The perch was installed by purchasing a good natural wood perch with the bolts on one side that fit the carrier. we installed another bolt to the other side and drilled two holes in the carrier. to mount it.
I NEVER WILL BUY FROM SOMEONE WHO WONT TALK TO ME OVER THE PHONE UNLESS IT IS A CAGE/OR BIRD AND I AM DRIVING THERE TO GET IT AND PAYING WHEN I GET THERE.
