The Other Nuts

Hey all,
Question...

Can you feed grape nuts, and soya beans(unsalted, roasted)(or nuts) to your fids?

Soya beans(roasted), or nuts or whatever you call them have recently become the new snack in my house, and they're healthy for humans so I thought why not fids as well.

Also, I've heard many times before that grape nuts, are extremely healthy for your fids. And that they're even better sprouted. And I saw them in the store, but they're like a cereal. I was expecting a nut or something, and I wouldn't sprout it, because I don't think it would sprout. Just creating a soggy, soupy mess... OH MAN I almost gagged just typing that LOL. Ew that would be/look so wrong *cringe*...

Ok, so if anyone could fill me in on if these things are healthy for the fids that would be great! Thanks :icon_smil

OK, first, yes grape nuts are a yes, but no, you can't sprout bread! LOL, that is how it's made. They make a loaf of the ingredients, bake it rock hard the crush it. Nope, won't sprout. #2 Soybeans are fine in MODERATION and they must be cooked and preferably NO SALT. That being said, go ahead and let em have soy, but just a few and not all the time.
