YNA molting???

This is probably a stupid question, but I'm new to this. My YNA, Charlie, is now 9 months old and I think she's molting for the first time. They do this once a year, right? Is it at the same time every year? Is there anything special I should be doing for her? Does she need more of any specific nutrient during this time? Here are some pictures of my girl...

Parrots kept indoors molt year round, but have 2 really big molts a year. That's nature's way of keeping them warm and able to fly. You will routinely seed shorter body feathers and fluffy down anytime of the year, but the wing and tail feathers tend to molt 2 times a year.My birds seem to be getting new wing feathers now.
