Is mango ok for birds?

Drinking a protein shake w/mango...can I share?

Just make sure the REST of the stuff in the shake are OK; don't want a bunch of preservatives, and protein can be too much for the bird. Some birds go nuts when you give them protein in people doses.

Mango is the only thing (except lettuce) that ALL of my birds, finches, canarie, budgies, tiels and ringies, absolutely adore.
