I am currently hand feeding my baby cockatiel and was wondering if Zupreem was a good pellet food to start feeding him?

Dye-free seeds, dye-free pellets (Zupreems not bad, I'd go with the canary/budgie size to start with - natural), sprouts (sprouts for birds, fed when the tails are just starting to grow and no longer - so when the seeds have been soaked and rinsed for 3-5 days), and fresh foods (veggies, cooked beans, cooked brown/wild rice, cooked eggs, etc).
