HELP! she HATES me!!

Ok,
Well I have been looking after my friends budgie, And she was for sale so I wanted her but i haven't payed yet.....I'm just seeing how she gets on with my other budgie. But since i brought her home it's been HELL! When she is with her old owner she is the sweetest budgie. But just befor she was in my other budgies cage and I don't let them sleep together so when i when to take her out of the cage she just wouldn't come out!. It had taken me about an hour to get her out!. My other budgie has quite a big cage so Sky will go onto the top of the cage and i can't reach her and i can't open the really big door (its a small door and it is on the the bigger door) because the other budgie will get out and he is not yet finger trained so on top of catching Sky i woul have to deal with catch ing Bullie. So I had to go away for a while and then come back and put my hand in. Every time I got her onto my finger she would just fly off onto the perch, So after a while I started to try and grab her, evry time i got her she wouldn't let go of the perch! and i really don't think its very good for Bullie to be watching this because im trying to finger train him! SO i had to pull Skys legs off, BUT when she whent past the door she grabed it with her beak! But luckly i got her off. THEN when she was out of the cage I let go....so even though her wings are clipped her wings are growing back and she flew around the room and that took me about 45 minutes to get her. Now I'm having second thoughts about this budgie. Don't start telling me it's early days or anything! because this budgie has never liked me! and spending time with her will NOT help at all!
But there is a lady down the road who has a avairy and I think Sky would be a percect budgie there! She's old enoth to have chicks/eggs and she is a lovely bright blue and is quite good with other budgies. She is over one year old and the old/still owner never really trained her that well so....yeah
Please help! I like Sky but she is not the right budgie fo me!
and i don't know how to tell the (real) owner that I DON'T THINK THIS IS A GOOD IDEA.AND SHE IS NOT THAT GOOD WITH BULLIE!(she is good with other budgies though) I really need some help!

my felling right now:
Sky right now::snoo ty:

well, you just gotta be honest with her. if you do say no to this budgie, tell her why. it sucks, but if its not gonna work at your home, then dont take her. you could always try to help your friend find another home for her budgie.

Just tell her its not working out and you cant keep her. If you want your budgie to be hand tame and really hands on with you it will be better to keep her as a single bird.Id also get her wings cut. jmo

ok thanks i will let her know today. But I really think she doesn't really suit being a pet but would be good in avairy.

dont recut her wings if you are still undecided about keeping her as a pet. Either tell the previous owner you dont want her and give her the option to take her back. If she doesnt want her either, let her know there is a great aviary not far away that you are sure she would love. Owner might be really happy with this idea. IF you go clipping her now and decide to put her in an aviary it will be a struggle for her getting around in the aviary for 4 months or more.

I told Holly that I wasn't keeping Sky but i would do everything i could to help find her a new home. She wasn't too keen on the avairy idea, since its winter Holly thought sky might get "cold" but i think the budgies huddle together don't they?
Sky is still at my place, and i've washed her cage and stuff. THEN it took mearound and hour to catch her again.....but I got her.

Anyone have sdome advice on re-taming a really untame 2year old female budgie? It would really help.....

My budgie is exactly the same- when she is fully flighted. She flies away, won't step up, bites and generally is uncooperative. I have clipped her before and she becomes tame in an instant. I clipped her today and she went from- mid afternoon- flies around cage when I put my hand in, screams and bites when I catch her and flies off when I have her on my finger- to late afternoon- looks nervous as my hand enters the cage, steps up onto my finger, flaps a little as I bring her out, sits on my finger and LETS ME SCRITCH HER HEAD! This is the budgie who "HATED" me by the way. She doesn't like me cause I'm the only one that isn't afraid of her bites (after having 8 years of all kinds of bites, you get used to it). And she is 2 years old, tamed in an instant! As Sky's wings grow, so will her trust for you.
Oh, by the way- it's early days yet! Don't have made such a fuss about keeping her, then decide she's not quite right. You made a commitment to this little girl. Give her love, care and patience (and clipped wings) and she'll be great in no time!

yeah but there is one thing I have notices when I have two budgies, I don't spend as much time with them.....but when I have one budgie I look after it alot more....Like I talk to it alot more and take more time finger training......Its much easyer finger training a budgie with only one bird....
