Thumbs up Nature clean

Just wondering if anyone of you have tried the Nature clean line of products.... I just ran across them today at the local Home hardware :icon_mrgr . They look really good, Biodegradable, Non-toxic, Odour free..... This is there line of stuff http://www.natureclean.ca/nature/household.asp I got the Cleaning Lotion and will give it a try, but just curious does anyone see anything wrong with these ingredients? : water, Vegetable sodium lauryl sulfate (from Coconut), Octyl alcohol (from Coconut), Cocamide DEA (from Coconut), sodium citrate (from citric acid), salt, citrus extract (as a preservative).

Thanks
Michelle

PS I just noticed they have an oven cleaner!!! that is one thing I have been so scared to clean with the bird!! it says
Works without the corrosive ingredients found in almost all oven cleaning products. Free of fumes, solvents and petroleum ingredients. We offer one of the only non-toxic formulas on the market today. It lifts off baked on food, grease and most other hard to remove items. This fully biodegradable Oven Cleaner is a truly natural alternative. Great for microwaves TOO!!

Hi Michelle-

I haven't tried them, but I don't see anything that might be of harm to the fildren..

One of the best investments you can make in bird safe cleaning is the Shark Euro Pro Steam cleaner. It will degrease ovens, disinfect and clean cages, toilets, you name it. Well worth the 79- $99 price tag!

Lots of folks here swear by GSE, others ( like me) use white vinegar to clean cages and the like..

Liss:

You beat me to it (LOL). Use the GSE about 30 drops to a quart of hot water and soak the interior of the oven. Let it stand about 15 minutes. Then use your steamer and the stuff just melts away. I do this now ALL the time.

THE OUTLAW

Tim and I are moving into a house that has wood floors in the living room and dining room. I was wondering if any of you thought this might work there. Or if you had any ideas on what to you to clean the floors.
