Those are beautiful pictures. Since Bing has only been home a couple of days I've only had him in the shower once. He chose not to get too wet and I didn't force it. Davey gets in a couple of days a week. Sometimes he drenches himself and other days he just enjoys the steam. He looks like a drowned rat when he does get done. Your Grey looks pretty good all wet.

tom, you could try letting him bathe in cold water instead. i know it looks awful, but Boo loves it when i hold him under the kitchen sink with the cold tap running. he darts in and out and ruffles right up and drinks a lot! he's not such a big fan of the warm water in the shower, ormaybe he's just grossed out by me naked.. LOL

And thanks for the camera info ... I was going to ask myself. We opted for a small Sony digital last year when we replaced my older camera and I am so sorry I didn't get a SLR, so now I'm on the lookout for one!

I think the best thing I did to encourage Rowan in the shower was to show her my sun conure taking a bath. When I first brought Rowan home, she had pretty much the same attitude as Bing about the shower. Turtles (my sun) acts like the shower is his day spa. He plunks down in my hand, fluffs up, lays his head down, closes his eyes, and lets the water pour all over him -- totally relaxed without a care in the world lol. I noticed Rowan watched us really intently during the next couple bath times & was a lot more willing to get under the water. I guess she figured if the little bratty conure survived, she would too! Now she'll let me put her all the way under the shower and get her drenched. Dunno if you can do that with Davey & Bing until their quarantine is up, but it's a thought!
