All are wrong except maybe peeker!
It is a society finch chick. My pair generally lays 6 eggs, but this time we have an only lonely. This baby is only 1/2 inch long! Teeny Tiny.

Society finches are one of the few birds born nekked! Tiels have that yellow or white depending on the mutation all over their bodies. I think almost all hook bills have fluff of some sort? But society finches are naked at birth.
I have added a pic of the clutch from last year, hard to imagine that they go from those little pink things to those beautiful birds!
