trying to save this quaker

Hello everyone. Just thought I'd share this. I was browsing some ads today looking for used cages (for outdoors for my nanday and green cheek) and found this guy, posted just 1 hour ago: QUAKER PARROT - St. Catharines Birds for Sale - Kijiji St. Catharines

His cage is soo small, he has a ton of food/crap on the bottom of his cage, no toys, etc.. I have called and left a message with them requesting a call asap.

I feel so bad for him living in those conditions, if they get back to me i'll be going to get him asap, I have large spare cage for him as well.

Just thought i'ds share, I was upset after seeing the pic of him like that :(

I wasn't even looking for another, but when I see a baby like this I need to step up save him... Even if he is not tame or he is a bitter, witch based on his living conditions from that picture neither would surprise me, I'd still welcome him into my home.

I hope your able to get in touch with the owners?

Maybe they have a stand for him or something, maybe he stays out of the cage most of the time? I sure hope so atleast!

Oh, look how nasty the bars on his cage are. I'd be heartbroken to see that!

Good for you!

That is why I'm afraid for myself at this point. I feel like I can't not save a bird in need, but I already have five. lol I'm not overwhelmed (yet) but I feel like this is definitely going to be my life from now on ! I don't know, it's a lot of different emotions.

I called again, no answer, and I had already left a message earlier.

I really do hope his living conditions are better then what are showed in his picture, but I Have a feeling it'll be worse then I can imagine, that cage looks nasty!
