Hehe. it's sweet how much you REALLY hope your bird likes your creations

I like it and I'm sure your bird will too! Like mentioned above though... stainless steel?

Just curious - how old are you?

Sounds like your new 'tiel will be well loved. :)

it looks great but may seem a bit overwhelming to a baby tiel so I would put it somewhere the bird can see it but not feel intimidated by it,its a bit big, but the bird will get used to it.I would hang small toys, with bird safe bells, and shiney things from it Tiels love shiney things even a mirror, its an old wives tale that your bird will fall in love with the bird in the mirror and not love you ,my guy has mirrors all ove the place,he after al has to tell me ''lookit the pretty bird in dere'' several times daily and he still comes for some cuddling and head scratches, shreddable toys buy ones that are made with softer wood not the hard woods for bigger birds at that age the beak is still a bit soft,if you have any bird fairs in your area those are good places to buy nice toys just be sure they look like they are put together well, and do not have tiny parts the bird may get in trouble with, and I can't tell what kind of wood you used is it a bird safe wood?? not all wood is safe for them to chew on
