what do you think of these 2 toys i mad for my tiel.

i used and old perch for this one. i cut it up and split it down the middle and then added soda bottle caps.



and for this one i used card board and cut it up into different shapes and added bottle caps again for color.



so what do you think good, bad, or ok.

I don't think there is anything wrong with them. I think they look cool. My sun would like to chew them up...lol

So far Petrie hasnt touched either toys. He has looked at them. do you have any other ideas of what i can make for Petrie.

Just give it time, eventually he'll want to play. I always talk to my birds about their toys, just say something like, ''ooh what's this?'' and look really excited about it. haha!;)

Sometimes Jannabell lets a toy sit there for weeks before she warms up to it. Yes, weeks. I think you did good to go for things he can chew. For other ideas think maybe of seagrass or other shredables.

I noticed in the video that you recently shared that the toys might be better placed in the cage. While Bella does love her toys, she needs them to be reachable from a perch, even if she has to stand on tip toe a little or crouch down a bit. Just a thought!

o i guess you cant see them that well in the video but there are actually 2 perches by those toys lol. ill have to make a better video of it. honestly that was my very first video.
