So yesterday was a lunchtime cookout
Nothing big, just some burgers on the grill and typical fixings to go with.
Today, now thats a whole different ballgame. Right now, as I speak er, type I have 4 racks of babybacks and a 15 pound brisket smoking in the smoker. No typo, that is a 15 pound brisket smoking away. yum yum yum yum yum yum Corn on the cob and other veggie kabobs are waiting for their turn to cook. The fiddos will have their own fruit and veggie kabobs later tonight. They've been pigging out on corn on the cob and other goodies today. I know they are looking forward to getting some rib bones later. Hungry yet?

OMG... ribs! I have been having these MAD cravings for ribs.
