What time do you put your fids to bed?

I'm just curious to what time everyone puts their fids to bed. I know they are supposed to get 10-12 hours of sleep/night.
I put Rico to bed anywhere between 8 and 9:30. Should I be more specific on the time? He usually wakes up around 7 am. I don't yet have a sleeper cage and I desperately need one. It's easy now because it still gets dark early but I see the sun coming up earlier every morning and staying light later.
So I'm curious to what time you put your fids to bed and what time they get up in the morning. What about the summer? Stays light out til 9. What do you do?

My M2 gets up around 6:00 a.m. every morning. We put her to bed somewhere between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., depending on her mood and what's going on. In the summer she ususally stays up until almost 9:00.

The tiels get up around 7:00 a.m. and they go to bed around 7:00. Frasier always lets me know if it is bedtime. In the summer they stay up until 8:00 or 8:30.

The guys do not have separate sleep cages. I do cover them. The tiels never make a sound after being covered. The M2 will whistle or practice her mumbling before drifting off. If the house is noisey and company is around she might whine a little, but she always settles down after a few minutes. She wants to be the life of the party......always.

My guys go to bed at different times. I work until 6 or 8 and I just cannot come right home and put them to bed. The amazon will sleep off and on during the evening but the grey is just perky all the time. I try to have them in by 9 unless I work until 8, then it's 10. They get up around 8 a.m. I'm trying to be a bit more strict with them because I am tired!!! :aiwebs_01

My birds currently rise at 7:10 am and go to sleep at 6:30 pm. That changes as summer approaches. They rise and set with the sun.

I work different shifts so it depends on when I am getting up in the morning. Since cockatiels need about 10-12 hours of sleep a night, I will put her to bed (cover her cage) 12 hours before I am going to get up the next morning...i.e. if I am getting up at 7 am, then she goes to bed at 7 pm. However, it does depend on her mood a little bit also. She also does not make any noise once she is covered. She is a such good girl!!!!

9pm. period!

Do it before, and she will still be playing in her cage.

last night we were a little late coming home from the gym, so it was 9:30 when she went to sleep, and when we put her in her cage she went right to her "spot" and was like "finally, what's the matter with you?"

She also wakes up early.. she was up today ringing her bell at 6:30... I pushed it until 7am before I uncovered her, though. Hopefully we can get into that pattern instead!

Maia will actually get off her tree and climb the stairs to go to her sleep cage around 7:00 or so - if I haven't already taken her there. I never see her nap during the day - she's always on the move. Her attitude really suffers if she doesn't get the sleep that she needs, so we stick to the routine no matter what.

Ramone (who can sleep anytime, anywhere) and Fluffy (who is learning from Ramone) go to bed around 8:00ish. We all get up around 7:00.
