2 1/2 year old plucking quaker please help..
hello all,
this girl has a 2 1/2 year old quaker and she plucks her neck.. the girl who has her just started working 2 jobs and is never home.. the girl called the vet and she said that plucking is a behavior problem.. my ?? is how can this bird stop plucking herself?? shes only plucked her neck, when the feathers start to grow back, she plucks.. how can i help her to stop this behavior.. i really want to help this quaker .. tina in ohio
