Which gender talks better?

Do all male birds talk better than female birds? Or is that the case with just certain types of birds? I have a GCC, not sure the gender but was curious. Sorry if this is a repost thread....I tried searching for the answer.

I agree. I think it applies to certain species more than gender. My male tiel whistled and was much more vocal. My female was very quiet.

Macaws (which is what I have now) depends I think on their personalities. I have one that talks up a storm and has a rather large vocabulary and another one that says only a few words and is rather reserved.

Any parrot can talk if it wants too, male or female, but mostle with cockatiels the females dont feel the need to talk so they don't..mostly, my friend's female tiel was a chatterbox though but mostly the female tiels don't.
