Baby Jaws is home :-)

We just wanted to share our Wonderful News. Baby "Jaws" is home!!! She is our Little CAG. I have wanted a CAG for the longest time. So far, she is doing great with eating, drinking and interaction. She warmed right up. Piper (Hahn's) and Belladonna (GW) are very curious about her and doing flapping contests. They all did great at dinner time....all very happy and sweet!

Our Baby Cag is quite a social bird. She loves to Step Up to hubby and I. I hope this lasts. We will make sure to interact with her daily and alternate hand feedings.

Jaws is a little girl. My mother's Nickname is Jaws as she NEVER stops talking - LOL! My husband thought of the name as our little Cag is Silver and they are known to be incredible talkers.

Her name seems to fit her already. She makes the cutest noises. She certainly declares herself :-)

She is 3 1/2 months old. She is on two handfeedings a day and her other regular food, water, fruits and veggies. She is just wonderful and so darn sweet!!!!!!

Hi Nancy! I am thrilled to have this little baby home. I had to wait a month - it was NOT easy.

I am not sure how to attach photos in a post. I will try tomorrow. Hopefully I can figure this out. We have tons of Fildren Pictures :-)

BTW, not sure if you received my note, but your toys were incredible! Absolutely beautiful work and the birds LOVE them. I have a neighbor whom owns 2 Greys and a Meyer's Parrot. He wants to know if he can place an order. I told him I would ask you first. He thought your toys were fabulous!!!

Congrats on your new fid. Now I'll definitely have to keep all knowledge of this from my mom. She's always wanted a Grey, and is still in love with our late whippet, Bonnie. So a Grey, a whippet-like doggie, and a little kid all adds up to happiness denied (especially since none are hers!). And that sounds kind of mean, but it's meant in a good way.

I'm sure everyone will love Jaws. At least until your Sweet Little Girl turns into a teenage demon and Jaws starts yelling at her. :icon_smil
