Hi there
Ive got bourkes living with canaries, gouldian finches, zebras, longtails, firetails, barnaby doves and turquoisine parrots (turks). No offence intended to above, but I would be reluctant to share a cage with a rosella. I have those too, but in a separate aviary, rosellas can be quite aggressive. Plus also if its an indoor cage, ie not a large aviary, the size difference may be a bit overwhelming for a small burke. Not sure where you are located, if in australia, look out for a turk parrot, they are the same size, from the same family of grass parrots and just as docile as the bourke. My dad has his bourkes in an aviary with cockatiels and they have been living together for at least 15 years. Tiels can be a bit aggressive. Superb (baraband) parrots make great companions, only available in australia I would assume. A rock parrot or red rump would be ok. I wouldnt recommend a budgie (an evil budgie I had once attacked and caused the death of one of my bourkes, quite a savage attack too). Best option I reckon would be to find another bourke to pair it with. Birds of a feather like to flock together.
