Strange head shaking...help please?

My new green cheek seems to be normal and has shiny feathers and such, but exhibits a strange behavior, he'll be sitting still and his head will move up and down, not in a bob, more in an uncontrolled rythm, like he cant help it and he does it for quite awhile....is the nuerological? Im worried....its a slight quick motion that lasts like a few minutes....maybe hes been neglected so long tht hes semi crazy? Any help would be great....other wise hes completley normal/healthy....

You ought to see mine when he is upside down wrestling! Not sure if yours is the same, what is he doing when this happens? Playing, eating, resting, etc.? When Rexy does it, he is in high play mode... and looks like a meth addict having seizures! It scared the heck out of me at first... now it makes me giggle.

He is usually just relaxing with one foot up and observing the others....not excited or playful....
