Want to raise awareness of Phoenix Landing
For any folks out here on the East Coast, I would love to raise some awareness of the parrot organization Phoenix Landing. They have over 300 adoptable birds in foster care, and they also put on some really great, free education events.
If you have a chance to check out some of the events, it's definitely worth the time. In addition to being educational, the classes sometimes give you an opportunity to meet lots of different birds and shop for new toys and supplies while supporting a great cause.
