Penny said her first word!

I heard a gravelly but distinct mutter of "Step up!" yesterday from our little girl. She's only 6 months old, I'm pretty impressed! I fully expect the next word she says to be "Poop!" as, next to "Step up", that's the command she hears most. That's gonna take some 'splainin' ....

awww thats so cute! My gcc's first word was also step up. She was almost 4 months old it was the first night we had her home. We put her in her new cage to get used to her new home and we went to walk away and we heard step up in her little gcc voice. My husband was like did you hear that. We were just so amazed.
