Thank you everyone!!! I'm still at the store..(9:45pm)..getting ready to head home and try to get some sleep! Yet another long day!....BUT if I can help one bird, then its all been worth it!!!!

Wow Lisa...didn't know you were opening a store??? But so happy to hear that. I'm not too far away. Boy I feel lucky I'm right in between your store and BP!!! I'll definetly be down sometime to meet you and do some shopping!!

Man I'm jealous! I love the fact that you dont sell birds, all the bird stores around me sell is birds lol, dirty sick birds. I would love a bird store near me that sold actually birdy stuff like toys and playgyms.

Kali, I think there are too many rules and regulations that wont allow imported stuff. Will have to look into that one, tho I also know its very expensive.
Holly, anytime you want to come down, you let me know. I'm right by the ocean. Thanks guys. today went well. Its been a long road. Been having alot of calls and walk ins prior to me opening, so thats a good sign. I'm attracting alot of African Grey owners...go figure   I got the most beautiful arrangement of flowers from Bird Paradise, wishing me much success. Thank you Kathie! Here is the arrangement, and I knew as soon as I saw it, where it came from. How perfect. Bird of Paradise flowers! Attached are a few pics. Remember I am starting out, and not a huge chain...so I will be adding things all the time. Several of my orders did not make it intime for the grand opening. The Full Spectrum lighting was hung after the pics were taken.
