Question Temperature!

I am considering Making a new addition of a budgie, but i want to keep it in a different room than the rest. My only choice is my room in my basement. It is a little chillier in my basement and i was just wondering what they are comfortbale in?? It is probably 5-10 degress colder give or take in my basement than where the other budgies are so i was just wondering if it would hurt or kill the new one?? Just Wondering i really dont wanna hurt any bird so i wont get the new addition if i have no where to put it. Any Help Greatly Aprecciated THANKS!!!

Blake's question was mine too, but also, is it damp in your basement? Dampness, causes more health issues and can lead to serious problems. So is it damp?

The should be fine so long as the temperature does not go below 65 degrees. You may need to place a space heater down there to keep the chill off. My parakeets are located in my sons room, which is only heated to 68 degrees and they love it and are very active.
