Poor guy - I help he gets a good home. Look at the last picture it looks as if his one wing got a butcher clip. I really wish people would stop buying large parrots because they talk and throw them in tiny cages, it's awful.

Poor Chickie also for having to live in such a small cage - Good for you for taking him in, you are a good soul and I am sure he is much happier with you then he ever was.

I begin to twitch whenever someone inquiring about my babies asks "Do they talk?". Every prospective person starts with 10 points lol, that question knocks 2 right off the top. I ask "Don't you know?" then sweetly discuss the possibility of researching the species they want before they put a deposit down. 'Cos, I won't sell to just anyone that slaps down money and wants a darn bird. Grrr.

OMG - what is going on with people? Do they think they can buy a bird because it talks and stick it in any cage and it will be fine?? First Chickie was stuck in that tiny cage and then this DYH amazon and now I just found an add for a B&G Macaw living in that same exact cage. What in the world are these people thinking??
