Conure Sleeping Time question!

Is it okay to wake up the bird around 5:30am every morning from mon-fri? Because I have to work so that's about the time i wake up. Just to change the food and water. I don't know if its bad for their health to wake up at that time. Any info is appreciated! Oh yeah It's a Black Capped Conure.

I wake my birds up in the morning when my husband leaves the house at 6am every morning. Now, they aren't all morning birds, but most of them will complain if they know I am up and I haven't let them out LOL

As long as he is getting enough sleep at night it shouldn't matter what time you wake him up at. During the week I wake my TAG up at around 630 and we get ready together till I leave at 8. There are times when he is really grumpy about waking up early but then again so am I. I have my guy in bed by 7 at night so that way he can get enough sleep. When he is tired it makes my mornings hard because he will not want to eat or do anything but be held.
