I found a loophole!

To get my babies to try new things and eat them.

Just put it on MY plate and pretend like I'm eating it. !!!!!!!!!

Everything ALWAYS tastes better on mom's plate! It's a golden rule hehehe

Haha, at least you only have to put it in the plate. Scarlett has decided that EVERYTHING on my fork is fair game. And she's gotten good at getting sneaky at dinner time!!

My fault for feeding her a messy sweet potato off the fork in the first place because I didn't want it all over my hands.

Yeah it's a great thing until they start begging for EVERYTHING you eat (Monty), lol. Or even better they fly into your plate as soon as they see it and start diggin in!(Bugsy)lol.

LOL I know EXACTLY what your talking about. So I thought I was genius to put things on there they didn't like. Nope, they dug into that too something fierce! .
If I put the same thing in their cage they act like I am trying to poison them!

Little buggers. Ok, not so little, buggers nonetheless !!!!!

Oh yea.. That's a great way to get them to eat something. Pretend your eating it. They're so nosey, they have to see what you have.
Newt climbs up in my lap when I'm eating and when I take a bite of something, he'll ask, "Is that good?" Yummy! It cracks me up every time.

My guy actually does not do that. If I am eating he will stare unless he has something in front of him then he will just chow down on that. He doesn't care if he is eating what I am eating just as long as he is eating while I am eating.
