Monty's vet visit

Well, I got Monty to the vet yesterday and she said he looks great. I asked her about the green poop and she did a fecal that came back fine so we're waiting on the blood work. I was concerned because I have noticed since I got him that he doesn't eat very much (one of my tiels eats more in a day) but then I thought about something (don't know why I didn't think of it before) He would stand on the door of his cage and eat a couple bites and then go back to the top and wouldn't eat again for hours. Well the other day I put his food and water on top of the cage and he ate a lot more. He really, really hates his cage!!!
So far she said he looks healthy, he just needs to gain some weight and she thinks that since he had to go back in the cage to eat at his old home as well that he just might not have been eating enough. I've been weighing him daily and his weight keeps going up so hopefully that's the problem.
His wings are clipped with a show clip but they were done wrong so hopefully they grow out soon! They left the first 2 feathers and clipped the next 8!!!! No wonder he falls to the ground
I feel much better now that he has gone to the vet. I just praythe blood work comes back ok.
