Fantastic coco & bailey news

Coco's beak has been trimmed and is a normal Macaw beak now. His bottom beak needed some work, do to some problems from when his beak was, long. The part that was cut off was 3/4 the size of the Hemostat.

His bottom beak needed work do to being so long he couldn't close his mouth. Julie actually has the portion of beak that was removed. She has a picture of it next to a Hemostat for size comparison, it is 3/4 the size of the Hemostat.

Julie has pics & video of the whole thing, and will post them shortly, then I will post them here.

I will take lots of pics of Coco with his new normal beak.

Oh and on another good note....little Bailey the cockatiel has been adopted. If you remember the video I posted of her with the little boy.....well, thats the family that got him.....they adopted a M2, for them...and Bailey for the son.....

to be continued..........

Hi, I just checked... they haven't posted the update yet.... how is Coco doing? I sent a donation her way when she was brought in. I've been wondering how she has improved, so I look forward to seeing the video.

That is wonderful. Great he's adopted. I also think of Coco often. I'd love to see those pics.

I'll have pics Tuesday. The video may take longer as Julie has that, and she is super busy. But as soon as I get it, I'll post it.
