Heavy feathers
are all cockatoo's feathers heavy?
chickie baby has the heaviest feathers i have ever seen when she shakes and flurffs up they rattle and all the feathers on her head flop back and forth like hair are other big parrots like this or is it because of the dust in her feathers? just thought it was interesting please excuse my nerdiness

maybe its just because theyre so much longer than what im used to
most of them wiggle around instead of clinging close to her body like the small birds ive never been around a big bird much (well bigger than boogie) |

maybe chickie baby is just dramatic
she flips around a lot causing them to flop to and fro LOL when she hangs upside down (which has been a lot lately) the feathers on her head hang there like hair i love her :) |

Thats the thing I love most about the bigger toos... they have got such playful personalities! That's about the only thing I miss about the U2 we had here briefly. Her antics were so much fun to watch. The Goffin's are more laid back and stuck up LOL Lilly dances around sometimes but Diddle is always very much the proper gentleman.

She is a beauty. The kid though, she's for sale. I keep trying to get Tigo to bite her a good one but alas, Tigo is too nice. The King bites her instead.

Oh she is gorgeous!! I wish Minga would like me but she's definitely a man's bird. Although... she has learned to yell "Mom!!!" thanks to the kids when she thinks she's not getting any attention. If I go in there though, she starts trying to rip me to shreds. Really gets under my skin because I am the one that wanted a macaw so bad we almost paid $1200 for a Scarlet and now hubby gets to pick her up, pet her, and love on her and I get squat LOL.
