When I first saw this thread I was excited because I thought that the noise he'd make was a staticy radio noise, which Jerry does often I figure that maybe his radio sometimes get staticy during the day while I'm gone. But yes, Louie does sound like he's tuning a radio.

Yep, that's Louie. Little bugger talks so fast it's really hard to hear what he is saying at times. The more excited he is the faster he talks. He is kinda like a radio changing between stations. Can't shut him up sometimes
