it looks like there is something wrong with them
all of that discoloration isnt from them being wet

That is pretty sad. I see it all the time on cl. People want to trade birds for fish, puppies whatever cause they are bored. My Zon gets all brown like that when she is wet so that is normal. She and my Macaw totally change color. They dont have the wterproofing that some birds have. Zons dont have a preen gland or the Powder down of Toos and Greys.

thats not surprising you cant do anything here with out getting flagged someone must be wanting them and dont want any one else to see the listing it happens alot with our cars
