no no joke i seen it on another board that im on the bird was adopted and was taken to the vet have not heard if hes okay!!

Apparently bird fighting is big money in Mexico. Our neghbors told us that they raise chickens and take them back to Mexico (where they're from) and make a killing. Our dog caught one of his birds in our back yard, the neighbor said it was an $800 rooster, bought to fight! He said it's illegal to do it here but not in Mexico. I was so mad. I still don't talk to them and that was over a year ago.
