Which of these birds is more cuddly?

Hi, I asked an earlier question but i didn't describe it enough. So here is what i mean by better lol. Which of these birds green cheek conure, and quaker parrot are more cuddly? I understand that "Cuddly" isn't really the word to use because dogs are cuddly lol, but which would like to be scritched, and handled more? I know that quakers are illegal in most states but they are legal in mine xD I have been considering each of these birds for a while. So which is more "Cuddly" and friendly. I know that quakers can become cage territorial, and that green cheek conures are kinda "Nippy" birds. Any other suggestions on cuddly birds that aren't louder than quakers? Thanks for the help!

No bird is guaranteed to be cuddly. No bird is guarnteed to be friendly. It's all in how they are raised. And any bird has the ability to be nippy.

Want to know whether or not your bird is going to be cuddly or nippy? Find an older re-home and make multiple visits.

Unfortunately, birds aren't like dogs or cats - they're wild animals. While we can say that one species is more cuddly than another, it comes down to individual birds. Even a perfectly cuddly baby can become perfectly NOT cuddly as it reaches adulthood.

A similarly-sized bird that is well known for being a cuddly bird is a hand-raised Cockatiel, which also tend to be on the quieter side.

I had a quaker, that I adopted when she was 15 and I was 15. We only had four years together, but man ... what great years! I really miss her, because she loved to snuggle up with me and sleep beside me while I was on the computer, or just snuggle up to me on my shoulder. She was such a cuddly bird! But I didn't expect it to turn out that way, since she'd been unfriendly to people in the past. She also bit everyone who wasn't me.
It all depends on the individual bird.. but I'd get a quaker again, because they seem like such adorable little birds. I am biased because I've never owned a conure.
