New FID

Ok so I ended up at Seaworld Pet center today an hour and a half drive, and played with a zillion birds...it was so fun...Im still bummed about the amazon, so I heard about a peach froted conure who needed a good home, so we drove another 45min to concord and met Zack. Hes older, maybe 15...but so cute, not handled much, but really smart. Hes sooo cute, anyhow here he is, hes stressed from the 2 hour drive home but hes safe and sound and looks pretty healthy. Do these conures tend to live long?

He's adorable! Yes I think he could live for another 10 years or more, but it depends what his diet/environment was/is like.

The lady smoked in the house, but he looks like perfect feather, no nail, beak or eye or cere problems. Im not sure, but he acts older, like when he land son the floor, he keeps his wings spread. Hmmmm hes a cutie though, and I got him lots of good stuff....

cute - very cute... hard to tell how much older he'll get - i can sympathize with wanting to know though, i'm in the same boat with my little nino (he's older, but i don't even know how old, and i know nothing about his previous history)

He's very handsome. Congratulations. Thanks for posting a picture. I'd never seen a peach throat before.
