We have 2 Honeywell HEPAs around Sydney's condo. They do a great job.

Addicted to Tequila is right..NO ionizer. We have deactivated the switches on Sydney's so it can not be turned on by accident.

I believe if you look you'll find a poll on what makes of purifiers board member use.

I have a Rabbit Air Hepa-BIOGS - Spa582A. Works awesome and has helped amazingly with my asthma. Just whatever kind you get ... no Ionizer or one where you can turn the Ionizer off... it scars the birds lungs.

What do you think about this one?

BioGS™ SPA-582A Ultra Quiet HEPA Air Purifier - BioGS™ SPA-582A Air Purifier

Will it work?

Make sure when you get it to turn the ionizer off. (the Ionizer is the Tree Symbol In the center of the unit... if you hit the tree symbol on the remote control it will turn it on/off.) Ionizers are not good for birds, they scar their lungs. They ship pretty quickly too you should get it within a week. The Rabbit Air Purifiers are advertised in Bird Talk and my vet uses them, so thats what made us decide to get one.
