We're getting that gold capped conure in 2 weeks.... I know I'm going to end up with a Hahns too..........

i cant get over how cute dude is
his proportions are all different than other birds'
he looks like a perpetual baby bird :D

i would say they're 3"
there the ones listed as large on the california bird nerds site
though they arent as large as i expected, they arent as big as a softball
Nutty Ball <-- you can buy one already put together but yikes theyre proud of it

the nuts and bolts are 5 for $1.00, 25 for $3.75, and 100 for $10.00 at motherpluckin bird toys.com and the balls were $0.50, 6 for $2.70, 24 for $10.00, 48 for $18.00 - but it looks like theyre out of them right now

either way it was way cheaper than buying a premade one...only difference is i didnt use a chain i used cotton rope

she was so excited earlier
josh had a 2 week fall break so she hadnt been to take/pick him up from school in a good while
i took her with me and she taaaaaalked and snuggled up to my head
it was great

i went AHHHHHH really high pitched and she would copy me EXACTLY
good times!!
