Next FID

I have been trying to figure out what the next FID that we will get is. I love the look of the Bronze winged Pionus and from what I have read they are gentle and pretty calm birds. I do want to meet one though to really get a feel of their personalities. The problem I am coming across though is everything says how calm they are well Mr. is really calm, so it might be nice if we got a playful and goofy bird but I am not sure. Now hubby absolutely just loves Toos especially the Moluccan. His grandpa has one and thats the bird that started his love for birds. Being that Mr. was my pick it is probably fair to let hubby pick the next FID but I worry about them being more then we can handle since I hear so many horror stories. We are planning on buying a house sometime soon and would probably wait until we bought a house so that we had more room and noise wouldn't be much of an issue. Sigh I would like to start saving up for the next FID but I want to know how much I need to put aside. We will be planning on having children sometime probably around 5 years from now so that is another factor. I would LOVE some suggestions or advice on the matter.
