Things your birds do that make you giggle....

I'm sitting here laughing up a storm because Arapahoe and Caliente are in the other room and Arapahoe starts to get loud and Caliente says "stop that!" and then Marti says "speak up!".

Marti knows how to say "i love you" but only says it when he wants to (typical man). If I say it to him, I usually get "I knoowwwwwwwww" or "oh no!" as a response along with the oh so nice tongue sticking out. His new thing to say is "Daddy go to work" and then "Daddy didn't give me water!" Now he just said "Daddy gonna get you!". I wonder where he comes up with this stuff sometimes! It amazes me how they can take words you've taught them at different times and put them together. Like when he gets in trouble, he looks at me and says "come on" and then puts his head down for skritches and says "gimme kiss!" And if you say "good boy" when he says something... he starts to say it every time he wants attention. Right now his thing is "one... two... three... fourrrrrrrr".

I also get tickled at the macaws when they hang themselves from the top of the cage by just one claw or Caliente will hang by both feet and poke her head out between her legs

I need to find something constructive to do huh

Well I'll post more later, or I will be late for work, but if I am not careful and Wawa does something (like the rolling around clown he is), if I laugh at him, he will attack my face. He does not like to be laughed at....

Oh I can laugh at Daddy or Pepper, but he certainly knows the difference and again, I can't explain the feeling of laughing you butt off while being bitten (in the face) to the point of bleeding.

My B&G -

He is 2 1/2 months old thinks he is a dog.
LOVES laying on his back and jibber jabbers lol
Plays Tug-O-war and growls haha

Or when someone is holding him, he snuggles up to your chest and flops over on his back so he can be held like a baby. saying " aww"

Got to be quick, just flops his whole body fast! Cracks me up

He's learning to talk young, my scarlet talks non-stop, he's picking up on it

Words they put together to make a sentence that are funny as hell.

Such as " Hi Love, no mom!"

Instead of single words like " Hi Love!" " No" "mom"

GOOFY!

Arapahoe and Caliente put their words together too! It cracks me up because I swear they know exactly what they are saying! I can offer Arapahoe something and he'll say "I don't like that"! It just amazes me how freakin smart they are!

The funniest thing I've ever heard from my birds were actually from some of my breeders. I slip down to the barn some nights just to check up on them (night being like 2am) and I hear "Shhhh" "No YOU Shhh!" "NI NIGHT TIME!" "No YOU NI NI!" "Sssshhhhh SHUSH!" "Watcha doin?!" "SHUT UP SHHH!" lol

And my fav that sent me rolling? "IF YOU CAN'T SAY NICE! SHHHHUT UP F*KER!" lol

Naughty mouthed bird! LOL

Marti says the "f" word when he gets upset. He just blurts it out all of a sudden really loud. I think it's funny. He sounds just like my husband when he does it
