what did it cost?

Ok. I know that cost does'nt really factor into it, but I'm an open book and I have a feeling many of you are too. It seems to be the thing with us that truly love animals.
I'll start the ball rolling....
Luna was 1,800€
Sol was 1,800€
Dino was reduced from 2,400e to 2,100€ (The economic crisis is here as well) but I got him for 1,900€ because Fran had baught Sol & Luna before-hand.

I'm just curious as to how this compares to the USA and the rest of the world, when buying from a local breeder. I'm intersted to know about all breeds. A Buddie is usually 13€ here. A Dove is 15€. An African Grey is 1,200€, and they're almost on our doorstep.

Curiousity killed the cat!

I don't buy from breeders. I am only an adoption/rescue for parrots. I get them from people who want them to go to a good home and visit etc. So granted it was almost free, but My experience and love paid for them in reality!
