Bathing Beauties

I love the way they look after a shower. Davey is not so thrilled with the experience but he endures it. Bing is there for the ride.

Aw, how adorable!!!! I have four birds who will get in the shower. My senegal absolutely hates any kind of water, and I feel horrible spraying him, but hey, everyone needs a bath every once in a while!!!!

I don't know if I'm lucky that they endure the shower or if I've never given them any choice. The fact that they are young and have their wings trimmed helps (although Dave is getting his flight feathers back and is realizing what that means for him). I think they endure it because they're with me and I have them out of the stream of water so they get splashed until I take them and let them get sprayed a bit.

Ahhh! Bath time. Davey just may want to be a "private" bather, Tom. He he. Bing looks like, "Oh well, might as well get this over with." LOL Too cute.
Elliot loves the water but is just not sure of that "thing" the water comes out of. Newt LOVES showers. He DIVES in.
