Does this bird look healthy?

Hi, I am about to buy a Sun Conure, and I have a couple of pictures of it sent from the owner.

I'm just wondering if overall the bird looks healthy? She says he's about 1 yr old, is there any way to tell if that's accurate from the pictures?

I know it's hard to tell from pictures, but i'm just trying to get a little advice.

His cage will definitely be getting a washing and new fresh perches and toys as soon as I get him. :)

Note the red/orange around the eyes (very apparent in the second picture)

I would say this is a Sunday Conure (Sun X Jenday Hybrid)
If it is in-fact a Sunday, then this coloration is normal for an adult bird.

But if it is a Sun Conure then, it is most definitely under a year.

Also another thing to note: Why would someone lie saying it is older than it really is?

Actually I think I am wrong, it probably is a sun... for some reason I thought that only Jendays have the red ring around the eye.
