He doesnt know How to do it!!

My female creamino lovies is trying to mate with the male. She gets on top of him,and doing "that" movement, but he just runs away. He used to hump his toy all day lol,but then I took it away so he could try to mate with the female. Evrytime she tries to mate with him he runs away! I think he needs Lovebird Love lessons. How can I fix this?
PS. Is the female supposed to get up on top of the male anyways?

the male gets on the female

they'll get it in time, there's nothing you can do about it. seems one of them isn't mature enough yet.

Hmmm. Have you tried the "back room" at the video store? Just teasing. Sometimes dogs do the same thing. They will learn.

mating love birds

Johnny Mathis, candle light and a mirror on the top of the nest box. Hand cuffs wouldn't hurt either.

Wink I had a similar problem

I have a pair of Tiels named Boom Boom and Sidewinder, You can guess by their names what the problem was. Well they tried numberous times, she laid eggs and they both sat. This time I didn't even bother candling the eggs. I knew something was up when I heard what sounded like babies. Well you guessed it 4 beautiful babies.
Give them time, and Outlaws idea isn't a bad thought either. I've often thought about trying to make birdie porno for pairs that are having trouble. I could be rich l0l. Good luck Joan
