Last night I was sharing my fruit salad with Cola. Do you remember Quick Draw McGraw's dog Snuffles? She was saying UMMM- UMMMMMM, nose in the air. She is a riot!!!

She's gorgeous, lots can be repaired by good nutrition, a clean cage, proper veterinary care---in a year she'll look even more beautiful with your good care.

I think Cola was in the room with her former owner when she died.
She moans, groans, cries and says it hurts. It's that fearful death bed moan too.
I sure hope she forgets that over time. It's kind of uncomfortable to listen to.

She bit me twice yesterday. Both times I was offering her food that I know she likes. It didn't hurt. I had my hand open with an almond in my palm. CHOMP! Right on my finger. I told her bad bird and took the nut away. Second time I was offering fruit on a spoon, CHOMP! Finger again! I got a bit angry that time and she ran to the other side of the play stand. I followed her and chewed her out.

I know it happens. LOL She has been pretty good today.
