What a great aviary! It will take them a little time, but they will love it. I moved mine from the living room to an aviary when I moved down here and I think it was harder for me than them. They are not as attached to me, since they get less one on one time, but they love being outside and able to fly. They make a ruckus at dusk and dawn -- I finally realized that they never knew exactly when that was in the house between my odd schedule and all the night lights, and still get a bit excited thinking an air-sea rescue helicopter might be the sun....but have adapted well. You made a good choice!

They'll get used to it Derek. I was reading I think in Parrot Society magazine a breeder with (aagh can't find the magazine right now). Anyway, he used solar lights outside the front of his aviaries. It meant they came on gradually at night and gave just that little bit of light to help decrease the night frights. I'll try and find the magazine and post the article to you.

They will do wonderful.
My friend went through the same thing and they adjusted great.
And they even seemed happier in a more natural environment!
