They are budgies, short for budgerigars. In the USA they are commonly called parakeets. They are one of the most common pet birds out there. How much did you get them for? And from whom? (petstore or an owner? or?)

They look to be two young males, about 4 or so months old??? And the blue's nose looks like it might have some red and the greens beak looks a little off???

my fiance bought them for me from a private owner. We were told that the green one was sexed to be Male. The previous owner did not sex the blue one. She said that they were grey cheeked parakeets. and that they were about 6 months old. Im going to take them to a vet to find everything out.

Budgies, age is about right... I figured 4-6 months old. Be sure to use an avian vet!

A Grey Cheeked Parakeet is a bird in the genus brotogeris and they're from South America. They are relatively quite rare.

What you have are budgerigars (commonly just called "parakeets" in America) from Australia. They are exceedingly abundant in the pet trade.

I would also say they're both male, and I too would love to know how much you paid for them....

Right here we go :D
There budies, Blue one is a cobalt blue with possible reseccive grey. (I say grey as pink feet, cinnamon has grey feet) Possible female needs to mature a bit to be sure but I'm 80% sure from pic. Need to see wings to say anything else.

Green one is a Olive Green Spangle Possibly male.

However the green ond does have scaley face which needds to be treated with an Avian vet. Both will need to be treated since they live together.

The red bit on gree is from the cut on blue one above beack near cere. I would also check the vent on the blue one as he's got stuck poo.

Oh they are babies but not fledglings/weanlings.

They are beautiful! However, not a grey cheeked. Those would cost at least $200 for one bird from what I've seen.
