Anyone know what kind of feathers these are?

My husband found these feathers in our front garden about a week ago. Was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of feathers they are. We have an Osprey nest in one of the larger trees in the back yard (Its a J-U-N-G-L-E back there) as well as a Falcon nest and a ton of woodpeckers. The quills are yellow... never seen anything like them.

If they are large feathers and they DO NOT have a groove in the back of the shaft they could possibly be from a raptor such as the osprey. How big are they? The pointed ones are interesting. If they do have the groove ncidentally they would be turkey but those dont look like turkey feathers.
